Main tasks:
- Develops and monitors quality processes of the CCDCOE.
- Analyses, optimizes the CCDCOE’s internal processes and procedures, and monitors their compliance with the CCDCOE’s management decisions and legislation.
- Conducts in house quality audits.
- Guides the CCDCOE’s employees on issues related to products, services and procedures.
- Coordinates the preparation of the CCDCOE’s development plans and action plans and formalizes them in accordance with requirements.
- Prepares the CCDCOE’s operational and development documents.
- Supports other planning, implementation and reporting tasks related to the Quality Management responsibilities with regard to the CCDCOE programme of work and budget.
- Performs other similar duties as required.
- Contributing to the NATO CCDCOE’s lessons learned processes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum first-level higher education in relevant field and 2 years of professional work experience Quality Management or related field.
- Creativity and dedication to teamwork.
- Very good presentation skills.
- Very good collaboration, time planning and organizing skills.
- Fluent in English is mandatory.
