Registration for CyCon 2019 is now closed. Taking place on 28-31 May in Tallinn, 4 days full of content with over 100 speakers and nearly 30 sessions, CyCon 2019 brings together over 600 decision-makers and experts from government, academia and industry from all over the world to approach the conference’s key theme Silent Battle from legal, technology, operations and strategy perspectives.
This year the International Conference on Cyber Conflict is featuring a plenary panel with Cyber Commanders, CyCon Women’s Breakfast and several pre-conference workshops, including the launch of the International Cyber Law Interactive Toolkit. The 11th annual CyCon event is organized by the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence (CCDCOE). The Tallinn-based international military organisation is a NATO-accredited knowledge hub, think-tank and training facility. The Centre’s mission is to enhance capability, cooperation and information-sharing between NATO, Allies and partners in cyber defence.
