On 14–15 January, the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence (NATO CCDCOE) hosted the inaugural Baltic Centres of Excellence Coordination Meeting in Tallinn, Estonia, marking the launch of a strategic initiative to enhance collaboration among the Centres in the region. The meeting brought together the European Centre of Excellence for Countering Hybrid Threats (Finland), NATO Energy Security Centre of Excellence (Lithuania), NATO Strategic Communications Centre of Excellence (Latvia) and NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence (Estonia).
“A number of challenges we face across the Centres of Excellence are similar. By exchanging ideas and exploring new opportunities for collaboration, we can significantly enhance our collective impact,” said LTC Bernard Hoffman, Deputy Director and Chief of Staff of NATO CCDCOE.
The event, spearheaded by NATO CCDCOE, served as a platform to foster cooperation and share expertise in addressing evolving security challenges. Moving forward, similar meetings will be held annually to sustain and deepen collaboration.
